Pre-Op Today

Today mom meets with the anesthesiologist and gets a CT to map the area where they will do surgery. She'll stay overnight and be at the hospital tomorrow at 5:30am. So if you want to be thinking of her, that's what she'll be doing. :) The CT is today around noon.

You are being lifted up on a cloud of prayer. Lord - please be with the doctors and nurses who hold Rosie's life in their hands. Guide the surgeon's hands and let his skills and the tools do the work of freeing Rosie from every last bit of cancer. You are the mighty Healer and we praise you for the blessings already received and we thank you for the miracle of Rosie's healing. Dorothy

How You Can Help

We have been overwhelmed (in a good way!) by the number of people who have offered to help. As one way to respond to this outpouring of support, my aunts and uncles have been kind enough to set up a non-profit account if you wish to contribute financially to the care and treatment of our dear Rosie. (Note: she is insured; the fund would help cover travel expenses, co-pays, and other miscellaneous things that come up.)

The name of the account is "Ten on the Tenth," which is just a suggestion, in case you need a little direction. :) The account is located at River Valley Bank here in Madison. We will have a PayPal link set up very soon, so stay tuned. In the meantime, you may send contributions to the bank at 233 East Main Street, Madison, IN 47250.
